MOLISTICK 750

The MOLISTICK crushing mill is designed for fast and efficient preparation of any type of brine and/ or marinade, being especially useful in the preparation of high-viscosity brines. Due to the special design of its high- speed stator and crushing rotor, it combines the actions of crushing, dispersing and mixing. Its jaw mill, designed to work submerged in the fluid, produces a turbulent axial flow that ensures immersion in the liquid of light ingredients such as sugars and carrageenans, which are forced to pass through the jaws by a radial flow that disintegrates such ingredients, facilitating their dissolution or suspension. This effect is especially useful when working with carrageenans, which, reduced to suspended particles of very small size, reach their maximum degree of efficiency without causing obturations in the filtering systems of the injectors. The MOLISTICK performs best when working in quadrangular tanks of 1,000 liters, but can also be used in tanks of other dimensions.

   
   

BRINMIX

The BRINMIX brine preparation systems provide for fast, controlled and efficient preparation of any type of brine or marinade. Available in four models (BRINMIX 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000), they allow for brine preparation in batches of up to 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 l. respectively. Upon request, models for larger-sized batches can be constructed. The ergonomic system of addition of ingredients through the hopper with venturi suction and recirculation pump with a high flow rate ensures the creation of strong turbulence in the center of the liquid, resulting in fast dissolution of the brine. Optionally, the unit can be equipped with a MOLISTICK crushing mill, an indispensable element for obtaining maximum performance of dispersed ingredients such as carrageenans. Combined with insulated and/or refrigerated accumulation tanks, allows for adapting complete brine preparation and accumulation plants, with optional touch screen that provides graphic control of brine flow between the tanks and from the tanks to the injector. Conical loading hopper with mirror-polished interior, with safety grate to keep foreign bodies out and innovative automatic locking system in the ingredient inlet valve that actuates when the hopper is empty, thereby minimizing formation of foam. Cylindrical preparation tank with cover and support for optional MOLISTICK and semi-spherical bottom. Optional insulated cooling jacket with automatic temperature control connectable to the plant's cooling circuit or to an optional cooling unit.  

Optional touch screen with control of temperature, mixing times and liquid measure counter for the preparation water, with graphic control of brine flow between tanks and to the injector, and integrated maintenance assistant.

Maximum easiness of cleaning and sanitation, with hygienic connections in all elements and optional CIP nozzles for cleaning the tanks.

The system can be provided with a plate interchanger, when necessary, to cool the water fed into the Brinmix unit and thereby prevent ice from entering the tank for cooling/maintaining the desired brine temperature. Removable plate interchangers can also be provided and adapted for working with brines, to lower and maintain brine temperature in the Brinmix unit, or in the accumulation tanks, depending on the configuration of the installation, in order to supply brine at the desired temperature, either to the injector's filter or to any other point necessary in the

 

The accumulation tanks provide for accumulating already-prepared brines and maintaining them in optimum conditions of viscosity and temperature until the time of their utilization, thereby freeing the BRINMIX unit for new brine preparations. Available in six models with accumulation capacity of batches up to 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 l. As an option, they can be equipped with an agitator to reduce brine cooling time and also to maintain the brine in suspension and avoid precipitations. Combined with a Brinmix, they allow for adapting complete brine preparation plants, making it possible to accumulate different types of brine in each tank for different applications.

BRINCHILL

Double-tubed tubular exchanger with corrugated interior for more efficient exchange, with connection between product tubes by means of sanitary elbows, easily disassembled for inspection, and cooling agent tubing with welded connection between modules. Provides for use of glycol or ammonia as cooling agents. Straight sections with thermal insulation. Exchanger support frame with flanges for its installation on the ceiling or any other location.

Capable of maintaining the filter's brine at-1 °C± 1 °C. Refrigerating capacity to lower the brine temperature 5 °C per pass with a flow rate of 38 lts/minute. Electric control panel and temperature control sighting device independent for existing injectors or integrated in the control display in new injectors in the AUVISTICK range.

Maximum easiness of maintenance, cleaning and sanitation, with the possibility of cleaning without disassembly (CIP) by circulation of detergents and disinfectants through the filter and the recirculation pump.

BRINMIX

The BRINTHERM cooling unit for brine temperature control and maintenance is specially designed to work in tandem with the BRINMIX brine preparation systems, in order to lower and maintain the brine temperature at estimated values. It can also be coupled to the AUVISTICK and MOVISTICK injectors to absorb the temperature increases of brines or marinades, produced by recirculation of the liquid through the injector, and/or for heat exchange with the environment, thereby maintaining brines and marinades at low temperature, which will result in an increased shelf life of the product.

The BRINTHERM unit consists of a set of corrugated metal plates with holes to allow passage of the two fluids between those that induce the heat transfer. The set of plates is mounted between a fixed frame plate and a detachable pressure plate, as well as being held in place by tensor bolts. The plates are provided with a watertight gasket which seals the channel between plates and sends the fluids into alternate channels.
