AUVIFISH

The AUVIFISH injector is specially designed for spray marinating of all fish species (salmon, tuna, codfish, etc.) boneless. The high density thin needle pattern, the retainers with no pressure on the fish, and, especially, the spray effect of brine or marinade atomization, allow for an extremely gentle treatment of the fish muscle, with a spectacular distribution, with no dead zones, minimum brine dripping loss (increased yield) and with total respect for morphology and muscle texture. AUVIFISH
Conveyor belt easily removable for cleaning with optional extension at the inlet of the machine, for manual positioning of the fish.
