WISHING A 3-5% SLICING YIELD INCREASE? Automatic Stuffing & Compacting Line for Cooked Sliced Products Coupled between the outlet of the TWINVAC HP or HP PLUS stuffers and a continuous double clipper, the COMPACTA offers a high weight precision without reducing the line productivity. The double volumetric fine dosing device COMPACTA allows for increased dosing precision , thereby maintaining an outlet diameter of 100 mm. with pieces up to 25 Kg weight. METALQUIMIA presents the new TWINVAC COMPACTA, the innovative Compacting line, specially designed for automatic stuffing of high-quality whole muscle products destined for slicing. The new high-performance COMPACTA line, one of a kind in the world, consists of an automatic whole muscle vacuum stuffer TWINVAC PLUS and the innovative compacting unit COMPACTA which provides integral cohesion of meat muscles, regardless of size, toughness or stickiness, in well-compacted bars with no holes, resulting in high-yield whole muscle slicing, without rejects, with excellent muscle definition and homogeneity in quality and color, thereby configuring a uniform high-productivity automatic line, with no downtime and resulting in an immediate return on your Operating Income. VOLCAT PRECISION
Coupled between the outlet of the TWINVAC stuffers and a continuous double clipper, the volumetric fine dosing device Mod. VOLCAT PRECISION improves the weight precision up to a standard deviation of less than ± 12 g maintaining an outlet diameter of 100 mm. Several models with different dosing capacities are available.

TWINVAC PC-2
Specially designed for use in small-scale stuffing lines, the TWINVAC PC-2 stuffer allows you to incorporate into this type of line the benefits provided by the TWINVAC stuffer range: continuous vacuum stuffing of large pieces of meat without destroying its morphology, obtaining a finished product of higher quality, with excellent texture, without air pockets, and without risk of bacteriological contamination. Very suitable for stuffing whole muscle cooked meat products, it can work, fully automatically, directly coupled to standard continuous clippers that can be fitted to the outlet tube diameter, of up to 100 mm, or coupled to fine portioning accessories and/or accessories for filling bags and moulds.

The TWINVAC PC-2
differs from the rest of its sister models in the range in that it is provided with a single stuffing cylinder and, therefore, does not have an outlet valve, and so the meat flow is interrupted during loading of the stuffing chamber. TWINVAC PC-5
The TWINVAC PC-5 stuffer is specially designed for continuous vacuum stuffing of large pieces of meat without destroying its morphology, obtaining a finished product of higher quality, with excellent texture, without air pockets, and without risk of bacteriological contamination. Very suitable for stuffing whole muscle cooked meat products, especially in the production of bars for slicing. It can work, fully automatically, directly coupled to standard continuous clippers or thermoformers that can be fitted to the outlet tube diameter, of up to 100 mm. This model is especially adaptable to most applications existing in the market, but with limited performance in the case of very dry products or products with a high ground meat or emulsion content, which may produce an arching effect in the hopper that makes filling the stuffing chambers difficult, resulting in reduced weight precision.
